Senior Executive - HR (Field Recruiter)

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for Outreach project staff recruitment (Band 0 to 1 & Medical Consultants).
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand staffing requirements and preferences.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions in alignment with the project WBS/ERF.
• Travel to various locations to conduct on-site interviews and participate in job fairs.
• Source candidate profiles via social media platforms and online job portals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Source profiles within project budgets and complete recruitment timelines as outlined in the WBS/ERF.
• Support the operations team by providing pool of backup resources for daily operations in the event of staff leave.
• Attend monthly operational project reviews and support the operations team in addressing HR gaps and disciplinary issues. maintain summary of notes & share with core HR team

Desirable Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in End to End Recruitment through campus hiring, job fairs & others sources.
• Familiarity with recruitment in social sector will be an added advantage.

• Should have the ability to self-travel locally

Travel: Open for Travel (10 to 15 days a month)
