Business System Analyst (project manager)

Role & responsibilities

- Business requirement gathering: Develop tools and strategies to understand and gather business requirements for creating / enhancing digital solutions in the ESIC eco-system

- Software Change Management: Lead & manage the piloting & deployment of digital health solutions at various healthcare facilities. Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to existing services during software changes.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with ESIC and ESIS departments, and other stakeholders to align project goals with ESICs health initiatives. Foster strong relationships to drive project success.

- Public Health & Digital Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on digital health interventions and public health programs. Ensure the integration of digital solutions aligns with public health objectives.

- Training & Capacity Building: Organize and oversee training sessions for healthcare staff on the new digital tools and processes. Ensure that all users are equipped to effectively utilize the implemented solutions.

- Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Monitor project health, track progress, and report to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Manage any issues that arise during the deployment of digital solutions.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality, adhering to technical standards and within scope. Oversee testing and validation processes to guarantee the reliability of implemented solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6-8 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in the public health domain.

Past experience of working as a Business Systems Analyst .

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

- Strong knowledge of public health systems and digital interventions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty

- PMP/CSM certification

Experience in change management within the healthcare sector
