Position :- HR Recruiter/Sr. HR Recruiter

Location :- Noida (Work from Office)

Job Description:-

• Source candidate profiles from various Channels like Naukri, LinkedIn, & Social Media
• Create pipeline for upcoming requirements and manage End to End recruitment process
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and Job applications.
• Mantaining data for daily activities
• Keep track of open positions and candidate status.
• Coordinate with Panel and Candidates for interview and Feed back.
• Ensure all sourcing, screening , hiring, and selection is completed in timely manner and in accordance with company policy.
• Should be willing to work in fast paced and changing environment.
• Interviewing candidates over phone and Face to Face. Should be able to check suitability and match the candidates for right job.

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate can Apply
• Fresher and Experience both can apply
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Should be comfortable to Work from Office
