- Minimum Experience of 4 years

- Experience in non-IT recruitment and hiring processes

- Proficiency in creating effective recruitment strategies

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

- Experience in the education or HR industry is a plus

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
