Senior Operations Executive - Aimlay - 3-4 LPA

Role: Senior Operations Executive

Candidate should have experience in follow-ups & coordination on calls with Internal & External departments. Report preparation. Email communication related to the escalations and other issues via emails, chats and calls, operational tasks as assigned.

KRA:

1. Execution of the allotted tasks till the completion and updation.
2. Daily follow-ups & coordination with Internal & External departments related to the ongoing activities.
3. Monitoring and tracking of activities/tasks allotted to the team.
4. Coordination on calls with the universities.
5. Handling Email communication related to the escalations and other issues via emails, chats and calls.
6. Organizing meetings, trainings and attending with Management.
7. Handling documentation (soft copy & hard copy both) i. e. meeting MOMs, Drafts, dictations, important filing etc.
8. Daily updation of Team's internal MIS and sharing the updates.r
9. Report preparation of university about and submission report.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Internal & External task coordination and follow-ups till the task completion.
2. Email communication with departments.
3. Coordination on Calls
4. Experienced in organizing meetings and preparing Minutes of the meetings.
5. Good at record keeping online and offline both.
6. Should be good in using Microsoft office.
7. Experienced in Customer handling and key account handling.
