Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Once email and photos are received from the warehouse team proceeds to find the price of the product on various online platforms.
• Update the product information on Zoho Inventory and determine the price based on market trends using various online resources.
• Update the quantity of sold products and ensure inventory balance.
• Double-check the sold price once the product is sold to ensure accuracy and correctness.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory additions and subtractions, verifying product quantity and condition.
• Regularly update the pending listings once confirmation is received from the warehouse team or the discrepancies are clarified.
• Address any doubts or clarifications from the listing team regarding product quantity (Lot/Set or single unit), condition, and pricing.
• Perform periodic checks to verify the current market price of products and compare with previous prices using online resources and set accordingly.
• Thoroughly examine new listings to ensure quality standards are met
• Consolidate similar products into a single SKU or create special listings for specific detachable components, if necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

• Based on the above role one should take responsibility for pricing new listings, managing inventory, tracking quantity sold, and ensuring product condition or any other challenges faced.
• Identify the condition of each product and make necessary changes based on its appearance (e.g., open box, missing box).
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address daily tasks, challenges, escalations, and drive towards positive outcomes.
• Manage a tracking sheet and diligently update daily records.
• Exhibit proactive engagement and a voluntary approach by actively participating in real-time work, events, or additional tasks to yield positive outcomes.
