Position: E-Commerce Executive /Amazon E-Commerce Specialist

Experience Required: 3 year

Roles and Responsibility-

• List and update products on Amazon with accurate details and resolve inactive listings.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, track performance, and make adjustments to improve results and reduce costs.
• Track live products to ensure they are visible, priced correctly, and comply with platform guidelines. Fix any listing errors quickly.
• Work with platforms and logistics teams to process return claims. Ensure timely refunds or replacements and keep proper documentation.
• Solve issues with listings, such as errors, suspensions, or compliance problems, by working with the support teams of different platforms.
• Analyze the performance of campaigns and product listings. Create reports with suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional E-Commerce.
