E-Commerce Executive (Listing cum pricing)

• Job Role:

• Upon receiving the listing data from the manager, it is essential to capture the following details from Zoho such as SKU Number, Product Condition, Available Quantity, Price, Product Image, Description or Specifications.
• If additional pictures are required, they should be collected from Tansa Mail or any other predefined resources.

• Listing Process:

• Retrieve appropriate product titles from Zoho.
• Categorize the products into predefined sections and assess the condition and quantity of each product.
• Capture accurate product specifications to ensure comprehensive information is provided.
• Pay careful attention to product descriptions based on the listing data.
• Consider pricing diligently to ensure accuracy.
• Update the quantity of the product according to single unit or lot/set as applicable.
• Determine the shipping policy based on eBay norms.
• Thoroughly check and validate all aspects of the listing process, including product title, specifications, images, condition, and quantity, to ensure accuracy.

• Job Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for all new and updated product listings.
• Complete daily tasks within the stipulated time frame and share a report with the warehouse team and Head of Department (HOD) at the end of the day.
• Provide the Daily Work Report (DWR) to the HOD, including explanations for any deviations from the planned tasks.
• Immediately address any discrepancies observed during the product listing process by informing the manager or immediate supervisor without delay.
• Demonstrate proactive engagement and a voluntary approach by actively participating in real-time work, events, or additional tasks to achieve positive outcomes.
