We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving sales, expanding market reach and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development Formulate and implement effective ecommerce business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Market Research Conduct Market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Marketplace Acquisition Strategy Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire and grow business on eCommerce platform
• Sales Growth Drive Sales growth through strategic planning, relationship building and new business development initiatives.
• Vendor and Partnership Management Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s market presence and sales channels.
• Product Development – Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure products meet market demands and customer needs.
• Performance Analysis – Analyze sales and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve overall business performance.
• Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Budget Management – Oversee budgets and financial planning for business development activities.
• Campaign Management – Plan and execute online Marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on eCommerce platforms.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with cross -functional teams including marketing, sales and customer service to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
• Private Laisoning – Facilitate communication and collaboration between two organisations by communicating with other companies on behalf of their organisation to ensure smooth operations and efficient decision-making.

Qualifications for Senior Product Manager

1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, business management/development, or strategy, with e-commerce responsibility.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing , eCommerce or equivalent technical field experience
3. Comfortable & exposure of PAN India travelling
4. Exposure of being one of the founding member of any new business / start-up.
5. Marketplace experience is a MUST
6. Private Laisoning experience is an add-on
7. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
8. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies
9. Strong proficiency in product management methodologies, including product strategy development, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and project management.
10. Proficiency in digital marketing & Sales tools. Implement marketing strategies across web, email, and new communication channels. Familiarity with ecommerce technologies, content management systems, and web development principles. Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is beneficial.
11. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills , strong leadership skills, collaborating effectively across functions and departments to achieve team goals.
12. Ready to relocate to Mumbai in future.
