Position Requirements
1. B.E/B.Tech/Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing.
2. A minimum of 04-09 years experience in a similar position with a successful track record of achieving Business Development results.
3. Superior relationship building and negotiation skills with high level commitment to customer service.
4. Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and achievement of operational, business plans and assigned budgets.
5. Demonstrated experience in the compilation and negotiation of contracts and tender documents for equipment and support services.
6. Demonstrated ability to ably lead, motivate and manage a team of staff at the operations level.
7. Ability to develop Business development strategy for each area of business for the assigned region
8. Proficiency in MS office.
9. Knowledge of preparing and presenting reports.
10. Well developed written verbal and inter personal communication skills, including the ability to persuade negotiate and close contracts.
11. Candidates with experience in Business Development and Operations from Real Estate / Hospitality/Facility Management Cos/ Retail. Industry
