Job Description- Business Development Executive/Asst. Manager - Business

Development

1. To lead on the formulation of sustainability and policies for EPR and Recycling Business.

2. Identify industries producing plastic/E-waste/tyre and manufacturing industrial byproduct

waste which meet the supply requirements

3. Employ a range of business development strategies and networking, attending

conferences and trade fairs.

4. Test out the workability of a customer's view to counter objections and move towards

closing a deal.

5. Negotiate prices and terms of service in line with company requirements.

6. Actively engage with people across the organization to develop skills and share

knowledge.

7. Excellent research skills, effective communication, and an eye for detail.

8. Strong management skills in program development, monitoring, and execution

9. Excellent writing skills to deliver on communication, reporting, and documentation

requirements

10. Resourceful and able to work in a diverse team, Prior experience in dealing with

governmental authorities will be an advantage

11. Collaborative work style - required to work with individuals across levels, functions, and

business

12. Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively

13. Being a problem solver- having a knack for workable solutions.
