Business Development Manager

ole & responsibilities

• Responsible to generate Sales from new as well as existing customers and achieve the sales plan.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relationship with major corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
• Acquisition and retention of customers and increasing client base.
• Sales lead management and monitor them.
• Focus on all lines of business including Vertical and preferred Sectors development.
• Client analysis on gross margin, volume and profitability.
• Prospecting and conversions.
• Setting up customer SOP with operations.
• Follow up Collections: Payments and TDS
• Sales lead Generation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
• Negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics operations
