Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Domestic Staffing team. This role focuses on acquiring new clients (new logos) and expanding business opportunities within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry, proven sales expertise, and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients (logos) in the domestic staffing domain, aligning with company revenue goals.
• Account Expansion: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify prospective clients, industry trends, and competitive strategies.
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and delivery) to align services with client requirements and expectations.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, tracking progress through CRM tools.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, client feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, specifically in the staffing industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts in the domestic staffing sector.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the staffing market, recruitment cycles, and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and grow client relationships at all organizational levels.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
