We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Domestic Staffing to oversee and drive our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years in a team lead or management role.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of the tech talent market and competencies required for various technical roles.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and influence hiring strategies.
• Adaptability: Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments or global capability centers is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with leaders and team members.
