Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our domestic clients in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction, delivering staffing solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned domestic accounts, fostering strong and long-term client relationships.
• Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and effective delivery of staffing solutions by collaborating with recruitment and operations teams.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts to maximize revenue.
• Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics to ensure client goals and expectations are met.
• Client Engagement: Regularly communicate with clients through meetings, calls, and reports to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to offer tailored solutions and enhance service offerings.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of account management experience, preferably in the domestic staffing industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and driving revenue growth.

Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships at all organizational levels.
• Goal-oriented and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
