Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations and drive organizational excellence. The COO (Boolean Data) will oversee daily operations, manage teams across various departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving internal and client-related challenges. This critical role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective business strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Set comprehensive performance and growth goals aligned with the company's mission.
• Establish and uphold policies that reflect the company culture and vision.
• Oversee daily operations across departments, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Lead and inspire employees to achieve maximum performance and dedication.
• Analyze and interpret data to evaluate performance and drive decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to the CEO on key organizational matters.
• Support the CEO in fundraising and financial ventures.
• Spearhead expansion initiatives such as investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or MSc) is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in handling large, complex IT initiatives.
• Expertise in navigating diverse technology landscapes and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a vision for driving operational excellence in a tech-driven environment.
• In-depth understanding of core business functions, including HR, Finance, and Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and business development.
• Experience with fundraising and investment strategies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in performance metrics, data analysis, and operational frameworks.
• Expertise in enterprise technologies like ERP, Salesforce, and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.

Technical Expertise:
