Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with great expertise & experience in front line hiring. We are looking for a suitable candidate who can work closely with each department within organization to understand the open positions and close them in timely manner.

Role & Responsibility –

1. Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract top talent.

2. Source candidates using online platforms, social media, professional networks, and job boards.

3. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

4. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

6. Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' fit for the company culture and role.

7. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.

8. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

9. Provide timely feedback and updates to applicants and hiring managers.

10. Handling Employee Engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT Infrastructure industry-specific experience preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
