Job Title: Business Development Executive - Staffing & Solutions and New Client Hiring

Job Type: Freelancer
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT & Non-IT staffing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic client engagement.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Cloudoplus staffing services.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in business development, preferably in staffing solutions.
Industry Exposure: IT & Non-IT hiring experience is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Network: Existing client base in IT or Non-IT recruitment is an added advantage.
Flexibility: Ability to work independently and drive sales on a freelance basis.
Compensation: Commission-based with high earning potential.
