Boiler Operator

Role & responsibilities:

Qualification (Desirable) : ITI Fitter / DME with Boiler operations experience & license is mandatory Valid in Tamil Nadu.

1.Experience in operation & maintenance of Boilers (Forbes /Thermax make, diesel fired 3tphx2) or CNG fired.

2.Should be able to operate Nitrogen plant / air compressors / process cooling Chillers apart from Boiler operation.

3.The operators are familiar with associated equipments such as feed pump / economizer / burners / heat recovery units / feed water quality test standards / heat exchangers etc.

4.The operators will monitor all parameters of these equipments & will maintain the logbooks, check sheets for audit purpose.

5.The operators should be capable to carry out basic preventive maintenance / troubleshooting of above equipment’s.

6.Adherence to PM plan. Attending minor breakdowns independently or with help of utility supervisor.

7.Capturing performance parameters for all equipment such as air Compressor, process chiller, N2 generation unit and cooling towers.

8. Handling filter replacement / cooling coil cleaning / heat recovery unit cleaning etc.
