Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vendor and customer payments efficiently.
• Raise and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely payment processing to avoid penalties or delays.
• Handle discrepancies related to payments and invoices and resolve them proactively.
• Assist in financial audits and provide required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Generate and analyze payment reports to track financial transactions.
