Job Title: CNC Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Engineer to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on CNC machines (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Troubleshoot and repair machine issues to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and order necessary components.
• Document maintenance activities and machine performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in CNC maintenance, with hands-on experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Skills: Knowledge of CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.), machine calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
