Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with a C License to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of electrical systems and equipment in our facility. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Electrical Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and machinery to ensure smooth and safe operation.

Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in machinery, circuits, wiring, and electrical equipment.

System Installations & Upgrades: Install new electrical systems or upgrade existing ones to improve efficiency and comply with updated standards.

Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety regulations and electrical codes, ensuring the workplace is compliant with all local and national electrical laws.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed maintenance records, log repairs, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory and parts.

Emergency Response: Quickly respond to emergency breakdowns and electrical failures, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, and assist in the training of junior technicians or apprentices as needed.

Required Qualifications:

C License: Valid C License for electrical maintenance and repair as required by local regulations.

Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits, systems, and machinery.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights. Must be capable of lifting heavy tools or equipment.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in additional electrical courses or safety programs.

Experience in industrial or commercial electrical systems.

Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automated systems.
