Job Requirement

*Minimum 5 years Exp. In Building Maintenance

Job Description-

*Maintenance of All Electrical Distribution System,Plumbing line , Drainage lines ,Sewage Treatment Plant.

*Maintenance and Operation of VRV Centrally Air Conditioning System, Procurement of all maintenance relative material

* Inventory control

*All emergency spares coordination, Knowledge of civil work, Reading of civil drawing and measurement etc.

*Coordination with contractor and Vendors ,Knowledge of operation and maintenance DGS sets Transformer Servo tax Induction Motor ,Have a Knowledge of Building fire and safety system
