Electrical Maintenance Engineer

1. Performing routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment failures.

2. Performing preventive maintenance involves servicing and inspecting equipment regularly to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.

3. Responsible for resolving Electrical-related break down with root cause analysis.

4. Do work on electrical cost saving projects and work on reparative breakdown work.

5. Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documenting all maintenance activities, PM documents, repair logs and equipment performance metrics, and service reports.

6. Ordering, maintaining & tracking spare parts and equipment related to machines.

7. Collaborate with production teams, management and supplier to develop and execute maintenance plans that meet organizational goals and priorities.

8. Maintain Plant level MTTR & MTBF.

9. Maintain and monitor MIS reports.
