Logistics Coordinator

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products.
• Execute logistics plans to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs.
• Coordinate with transporter suppliers for timely material pickup.
• Coordinate with clients regarding transportation and transport negotiation.
• Coordinate with clients and inter-departmental teams.
• Arrange vehicle placement based on requests from buyers.
• Understand the domestic dispatch process.
• Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, e-invoice, e-way bill).
• Handle dispatch-related customer interactions.
• Oversee logistic operations (inbound/outbound).

Desire Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to identify customer needs and effectively position products or services as solutions.
• Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges in the sales process.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands and market conditions.
