Are you kidding me?It is better in work in grocery store than working in this company. No matter how much work you do,they can fire you anytime on the pretext of poor performance.Be it a Sales Manager or an Operation Head,both persons are very insecure about their positions.There is a limit of sycophancy too.They hire people with the fake promise of incentive but never actually give them,because their sales targets are always set so high that they can never be achieved.There is strict fixed time for coming to the office but there is no fixed time for leaving.If you come even 1 minute late than 9:30AM then it is counted 1as late punch but if you leave the office even at 7-8PM then it is not counted as overtime.There is no leave on government holiday such as 15th August,26th January or 2nd Oct. You can not even fun around with your team or anyone else except during lunch time. If you do, your seat will be changed the very next day.The funny thing about this company is that even in the sales department there is a guy appointed to check the quality of emails and he keeps wasting his time throughout the day. They converted sales department into customer care chat support department where emails are checked for spelling mistake.And on its basis cost appraisal is done. And the operation head and sales manager does the same work sitting in his cabin the whole day. Except sales all other departments are good.I would like to tell the owner of the company that if you do not know all these things that I have written, then you need to know. I had high expectations going into this company,but unfortunately,I have really disappointed. The company culture is toxic with very little support from management and colleagues.The work environment is also quite stressful.The expectations are constantly changing and there are no clear direction or leadership.On top of that the company does not seem to value its emoloyees. Despite promises of career growth and development,there are no clear opportunities to advance. Pay rises and promotions are few and far between,and you often have to fight for any recognition. Overall, I really dislike working here. I thought it would be a great opportunity,but it's been nothing but frustration. If you are an experienced and looking for a company where you can grow and feel appreciated,this is definitely not the place....Read More
