E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Listing Creation: Develop and manage multiple listings on eBay, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and sales.

2 - Tool Utilization: Utilize eBay's internal and external tools, including Tera peak, to create, update, and monitor listings.

3 - Quality Control: Ensure all listings meet our quality standards and eBay's guidelines.

4 - Data Entry: Maintain accurate and detailed records of listings, sales, and inventory.

5 - Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor listings, and pricing strategies.

6 - Collaboration: Work closely with the QC team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in creating and managing multiple eBay listings is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with eBay's listing tools and software, including Tera peak.

Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately.

E-commerce Tools: Knowledge of e-commerce help tools, with Excel proficiency being a significant plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ERP Systems: Experience in inventory management in Zoho or any ERP system is an advantage.

MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
