E Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Portal Management

• Handle day-to-day operations on e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or any proprietary platform.
• Ensure compliance with portal guidelines for listings, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Manage seller accounts, resolve disputes, and optimize portal performance.

2. Product Listing and Optimization

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, and images.
• Optimize listings using SEO-friendly keywords to improve visibility and ranking on portals.
• Update pricing, offers, and inventory levels across all platforms.

3. Order Processing and Coordination

• Monitor incoming orders and ensure accurate processing within specified timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Address cancellations, returns, and refunds, ensuring smooth customer experiences.

4. Inventory and Stock Management

• Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all portals.
• Coordinate with the procurement or inventory team to restock products as needed.
• Prevent stockouts or overselling by syncing real-time inventory data.

5. Reporting and Performance Analysis

• Track sales, order volumes, and customer feedback to identify trends.
• Prepare reports on portal performance, sales, and operational efficiency.
• Provide insights to improve product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 2 years experience in E-Com Operations
