E Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Online Store Management

• Oversee Kodomo's ecommerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience, from browsing to checkout.
• Regularly update and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional content.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, coordinating with logistics for smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.

2. Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, email campaigns, and paid ads.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and on-brand content for product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Develop strategies to drive traffic and conversion rates, including promotions, loyalty programs, and influencer partnerships.

3. Sales and Revenue Optimization

• Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the average order value and repeat purchase rate.
• Monitor and optimize sales funnel performance, identifying key points of drop-off and implementing corrective actions.

4. Customer Engagement and Support

• Work closely with customer support to ensure timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Enhance customer experience through personalization and targeted communication, building a community around Kodomos brand values.
• Implement customer retention strategies, including email marketing, feedback loops, and reviews.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition costs, and ROI on marketing efforts.
• Use data analytics tools to understand customer preferences and improve online performance.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management with actionable insights.
