We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Design Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will lead the design and development of our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Proffered candidate should have worked with sheet metal and fabrication industry.

- Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements.

- Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs, prototypes, and engineering drawings.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product designs.

- Work closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.

- Perform analysis and simulations to validate design concepts and optimize performance.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in best practices and design methodologies.

- Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to source components and materials and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design engineering.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- 7-8 of experience in product design and development of Sheet Metal, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
