 Job Overview:  
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, manage multiple projects, and exhibit strong critical thinking.
 Key Responsibilities:  

Design and Development:Create and develop design solutions for products, systems, or components using CAD software, ensuring adherence to project specifications, requirements, and timelines.

Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering design projects. Manage project schedules, resources, and risks to ensure timely completion within budget.

Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and manufacturers. Collaborate on design ideas and integrate feedback to achieve the best solutions.

Communication:Communicate technical information clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and present designs, prototypes, and results in a manner accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership:Lead design projects and mentor junior engineers. Foster a collaborative environment and inspire teams to deliver high-quality work.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving:Identify design challenges and use creative and analytical problem-solving techniques to develop solutions that meet both technical requirements and user needs.

Public Relations:Represent the company at external meetings, conferences, and events. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Time Management:Effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

 Qualifications & Skills:  

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in design engineering, with a focus on product design and development.

Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in public relations or client-facing roles is a plus.
