Regional Business Development Role

Preferred Candidate:

- Required Experience 7+ years in Fashion, Retail Sector across High Street and Malls

- Preferred combination of Corporate and Start-up working experience

Roles and Responsibility:

- Evaluate and Sign Properties spanning across both High Street and Malls

- Negotiate commercials in line with Market and ABFRL Standards

- Timely Launch of Stores within Fit out periods by close coordination with Projects

- Relationship Management with Key Malls, Real Estate Aggregators and Landlords

- Ensuring Close Legal Coordination for all compliances in partnership with legal and landlords

- Build Management Information Systems- periodic Project Updates

- Evaluate, Appoint, Build Franchisee Network in line with Profitability targets

- Ensuring High Standards on Integrity, Commitment and all Group Values
