Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales and Expansion:
- Develop and implement a strategic retail sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets for the region.
- Identify and establish partnerships with luxury retailers, high-end boutiques, and departmental stores to expand the brand's presence.
- Negotiate and close contracts with retail partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Analyse sales trends and consumer behaviour to optimize product placement and pricing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance across retail outlets and provide actionable insights to drive growth Brand Management.
- Act as the brand custodian for the brands, ensuring that all sales and marketing initiatives align with the brand's luxury positioning and values.
- Develop and execute brand-building strategies, including collaborations, in-store activations, and events to enhance brand visibility and recall.
- Work closely with the marketing team to localize global campaigns and ensure consistency in brand communication.
- Train retail staff and partners on product knowledge, customer experience, and the brand story to ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience.
