Job Description
Education Qualification
- Bachelors of engineering in electronics, civil, mechanical etc. or degree in aviation management, quality assurance, mathematics, statistics or a related field
- Masters degree in mathematics, science, statistics or relevant certification in quality management is preferred
Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in the aviation industry
- Demonstrated track record in quality management and process improvement
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards
- Conduct, lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to conduct audits, inspections, and assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of support services
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on quality-related matters and best practices
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of quality management systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to proactively adapt and enhance quality processes
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on quality performance and improvement initiatives for senior management including QMRM
- Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement within the organization
- Conduct training program on need basis.
