Job Description
- Operating and championing the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Writing procedures and processes to support the QMS development.
- Leading and undertaking audits across the engineering and technical centre of excellence teams.
- Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems.
- Monitoring and analysing quality performance.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards and drive improvements.
5 years of quality assurance experience preferably in solar or onshore renewables sector
Proven experience in multidisciplinary projects delivering renewable energy projects across the globe
Proven experience in quality management systems and quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Strong background in engineering
Required Professional Competencies / Soft Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written with both internal teams and external suppliers
Dedication to fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for inspections and analysis
Used to work in global teams and global projects
Proactive and autonomous in self-organizing work
Required Education Certification
Engineering degree
Knowledge in QMS software tools and methodologies
Appropriate professional accreditation in quality systems and/or quality assurance
Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Plannin g , (APQP) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Knowledge of ISO900 and related standards
