Job Description
- Lead and manage all quality assurance operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans, maintaining an unwavering focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality control measures are integrated throughout production.
- Monitor and review quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to rectify deviations from quality standards.
- Oversee the investigation of customer complaints and product issues, ensuring resolution and promoting customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the quality assurance team, providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- A degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
- Significant experience in a Quality Head role or similar within a manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
