Key purpose of the job:
This position is responsible for strategizing, conceptualizing, planning, managing, coordinating, and executing all Digital Campaigns across defined platforms. The candidate must work in sync with the Marketing plan and also to make sure to extend all marketing campaigns on digital platforms.
Key Accountabilities:
a. End to end execution of performance marketing campaign with multiple agencies starting from defining media plan to quotations to analyzing the same
b. Maintaining track of the campaign including spend vs leads
c. Coordination with Digital Agency for Social/SEO/Content/Blog/Website/ Landing Pages etc.
d. Preparing monthly calendars for social handles and other content
e. Monitoring the online content and coordination with agency to manage negative/positive content
Knowledge of SFDC is must for API integration and campaign creations:
a. Advertisement creations and Report generation in SFDC
b. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
c. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
d. Working with graphic designer / agency to develop required creatives for digital campaigns
e. Working with influencers to get the maximum reach
Operational:
a. Drive SEO, SMO (or SEM) and Performance Marketing Campaign (International & Domestic) for lead generation with knowledge of web Analytics and web design.
b. Knowledge of SFDC and its integration with third party tools will be an additional advantage
c. Develop and implement targeted Digital Campaigns
d. Plan, manage and execute various online events/webinars
e. Monitor, review, measure and report the effectiveness of all digital campaigns activities
f. Determine and manage the digital campaigns budget with focus on cost and quality
g. Collaborate with the sales function to understand specific targets and requirements
Functional Skills required:
a. Excellent communication skill.
b. Very good knowledge of Microsoft office.
c. Preferably knowledge of Real Estate Marketing or Agency
d. Experience in handling agencies
e. Good knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
f. Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Power Point Presentation
