• Demonstrated expertise in Slum Development, Society Redevelopment, and Land Acquisition projects
• Proven track record of successful business development strategies

Grades - Deputy General Manger / Associate General Manager / General Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Slum Development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
• Manage Society Redevelopment initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Identify potential land acquisition opportunities and negotiate deals with landowners or brokers
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for proposed real estate projects
• Collaborate with legal teams to handle documentation and agreements related to land acquisition and development
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, including government agencies, developers, and investors
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the Real Estate sector
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to senior management
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred
