Team Member - Business Excellence

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a results-oriented professional to lead process optimization, assurance, and sustainment efforts, while driving operational and business excellence initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Assess, standardize, and enhance processes and SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and sustainability. - Develop and maintain a robust process landscape with standardized templates. - Drive process assurance, adoption and compliance through effective training, audit and monitoring. - Ensure timely updates and implementation of necessary digital enhancements. - Lead and complete QC improvement projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes. - Provide training and support for site teams to enhance CI effectiveness. - Support the BE partner to drive BEx initiatives such as Kaizen, AWMS, IMS, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, Operational Excellence or related areas. - Strong knowledge of Process assurance, SOP management, Quality Circles, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. - Experience with digitization projects and managing digital portals. - Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
