We are seeking a driven individual with expertise in process excellence and business process transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Transactional Quality and Continuous Improvement.

Domain Expertise: US Healthcare, General Insurance, Insurance Claims Processing (Automotive or other sectors), Banking & Finance, Finance & Accounting.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience: 10+ years

Work Timings: 4 PM 1 AM

Work Mode: Hybrid

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in Business Excellence, Transactional Quality, and process re-engineering
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication abilities to influence and lead change across diverse teams
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification and relevant project experience is a must
