Role & responsibilities
- Guide regional and site excellence leads for Continuous Improvement projects
- Provide SME knowledge, data, information and existing information
- Sustains process improvements identified during CI projects
- Coordinate improvement projects on ground
- Take up tasks related to training, audits, solutioning, performance management and other governance activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant years of experience
- Either LSS Black Belt or with strong improvements execution background
- Shopfloor/ Manufacturing experience preferred
