Senior Associate - POD

As part of the Revenue Assurance team, you will be responsible to manage the Delhivery LTL business POD Cell, along with 40 team members, the goal to is store all the PODs at POD cell by following the designed SOPs and maintain a decent HPOD compliance for LTL billing.

Responsibilities

• Receiving the Bags at the Cell on daily basis.
• Bag incoming, package incoming, flyer cutting, POD retrieval, POD scan, and put away.
• Ensure timely updating of POD information into the system within specified deadlines.
• Address and resolve any POD-related customer inquiries or issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding POD documentation.

• Streamline POD processes to reduce turnaround time and enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for POD management.
• Utilize technology and automation to optimize POD processes where feasible.
• Lead, train, and develop the POD cell team to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity.
• Implement robust error-checking and validation procedures to minimize POD errors.
• Analyze error patterns and develop corrective action plans to address root causes.
• Promote a culture of accuracy and attention to detail within the POD cell.
• Act as the point of contact for escalation of any POD-related issues.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Graduate in any discipline or Equivalent (10+2+3) with minimum 3-5 year of work experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/ shipping domain
• Basic knowledge of Logistic/Supply Chain domain
• Good Communication Skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure situations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficient in MS office applications like MS Excel.
• Experience in handling queries via calls and emails is highly desired.
• Ability to work with a cross functional team (Operation/Credit Control/Billing/POD team).
