Manager - Procurement (Indirect)

About the Role -

- You will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to the corporate procurement and material management process for the purchase goods and services and develop a centralized procurement program that will add value and efficiency to the organization.

- Manage current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on it's ability to enhance organizational efficiency; coordinate regularly with the respective departments for the understanding and/ or recommendations to support enhance policies and procedures.

> Below KRAs would be primary key drivers for success of the role -

1. Manage procurement of capex, Opex and MRO items

2. Vendor evaluation, development & Vendor relationship management

3. Supplier Negotiation & RFQ

4. Contract Finalization and Enforcement

5. Spend Control and value engineering

6. Management of entire P2P cycle

7. Documentation

Required :

- B.E/ B.Tech, MBA (premier colleges preferred)

- 3+ years of related experience and at least 2+ years in Project Management

- Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development and compliance

- Experience with sourcing, procurement and building a vendor program
