Job Description
Purpose/Objective
Seeking a highly motivated and organized Back Office Sales administrator. The candidate shall be responsible for managing and processing sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Customer onboarding in system (SAP)
- MoU processing in system
- LME price bookings : coordination and communication between customer and internal stakeholder
- Process and manage sales orders, quotes, and invoices
- Ensure error free in matters related Copper pricing, invoice inputs and tax structure
- Pricing knock off
- Debtors' collection
- Coordination with internal stake holders – Finance and Logistics
- Handling the external stake holder - customer for Back office related jobs ie pricing and payments
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Rejection and replacement transaction handling
- TDS certificate collection for account TDS credit
- Maintain accurate records for audit and appropriate decision making
- Keep update on product knowledge and industry trends
- MIS circulation : Generate reports and maintain accurate sales records
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized records of contracts, sales orders, and other relevant documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Commerce graduate
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in SAP or any ERP and Microsoft Office
- Good communicator with preferred language Hindi and English
