Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities :

• PI & Quotation preparing
• Connecting with Plant & Ware house team for checking all type of coil / RM / Ready stock availability to proceed the PI & Quote request.
• Connecting with management authorities for various kind of special price approval to proceed the PI & Quote request
• Follow up related to Shade card & Sample requisitions of field team, through FMS and connecting with the concerned department for timely dispatch .
• Follow up related to Mockup requisitions of field team, through FMS and connecting with the concerned department for step by step approval from RH to CMD Sir, and timely dispatch.
• Follow up related to Marketing collaterals with Marketing , Warehouse & plan team through FMS .Following up with GM and Plant team and Warehouse Team for timely dispatch.
