Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with internal departments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and following up on inquiries.
• Order Processing: Handle sales orders, coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordination: Liaise with different departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth sales execution.
• Follow-ups: Track sales leads, follow up with clients on pending payments, and provide after-sales support.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Documentation: Manage contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
• Customer Service: Address client queries and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with sales analytics tools
• Knowledge of invoicing and order management systems
