Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient sales operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records in the sales database.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations.
Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations.
Track sales performance and provide administrative support as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Order processing accuracy and efficiency.
Customer satisfaction and response time.
Timely preparation of reports and documentation.
