Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in warehousing and industrial storage solutions, including pallet racking systems. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management in this sector. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial storage solutions, the ability to drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors to promote pallet racking and storage solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic sales approaches.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful deals.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest warehouse racking systems and storage solutions to effectively consult clients on the best-fit solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in B2B sales, particularly in warehousing, storage solutions, pallet racking, or material handling equipment.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial storage systems, warehouse automation, and supply chain solutions.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Technical Understanding: Knowledge of different racking systems (selective, drive-in, push-back, pallet flow, cantilever, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
