Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Track progress, analyze deviations, and provide corrective action plans to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly project reports, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Optimize resource allocation and sequencing to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct delay analysis and recommend acceleration plans when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred but not mandatory).
• 6 to 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the building construction sector.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing delay analysis and extension of time (EOT) claims is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
