Civil Engineer - Building Construction

Look After Overall Site Matters, Including Layouts, Vendor Management, Sub Contractor Billing, Quality And Progress Of Site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Design and Planning:
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop detailed design plans for building construction projects.
• Review and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure all designs are feasible and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and modify designs based on site conditions, client requirements, and budget constraints.
• Construction Management:
• Supervise the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and labor are available as needed.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and keep stakeholders informed of any issues or delays.
• Ensure that all construction activities are in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Quality Control and Assurance:
• Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of construction work and materials meets the required standards.
• Perform site assessments and ensure that any discrepancies or non-compliance issues are addressed promptly.
